Dr. Malachi Zodoq York has been falsely arrested and kidnapped by a corrputed United States government who's FBI unauthorized covert agency entitled Cointelpro aka The Black Cell (established in 1956) mission is simple: "To expose, disrupt, destroy or otherwise neutralize what it considers subversive organizations".

Dr. York is a political prisoner!

The Southern Federal courts with the help of President Hoover's Cointelpro Black Cell convicted Dr. York with outrageous acts of pedophilia and absurdly sentenced him to 135 years in prison with by a closed jury, Apparently the sentence is equal to one year per so-called child molested. Whereas of this date no evidence of any one being molested or harmed in any way has been released to the general public! All of which was accented with the malicious trickery of an illegally filmed video smear campaign distributed through the internet of Dr. York's so-called plea bargain court testimony who's deal promised he (Dr. York) would only serve three (3) years in jail if he admitted to, and plead guilty to these hideous crimes, of which was later reneged by the Southern Federal courts. These acts all taking place before the trial began thereby polluting the jury pool! An evil and maniacal trick which wreaks of RETRIAL and even ACQUITTAL! Hopefully with a NEW Democratic administration in office and a AFRICAN AMERICAN PRESIDENT who by design can sympathized with blatant and cruel racism, we can turn around this EVIL act of VILLAINY perpetuated upon this man whose only fault was moving to the historically racist South.

Where are these so-called "victims" this person speaks of? As of this date only eleven have stepped forward. 135 accusations and not one wants to go public? Over 135 charges and only 11 people were called to the stand, and out of the 11 so-called victims only four testified against Dr. York. Many who lived on the compound have formally stated their testimony was coerced and twisted by the Federal government! Secondly, there is no evidence of kidnapping, rape or torture. Finally, while collecting testimony Federal Agents recorded such acts as rubbing a child's head as "sexual". This case has been OUTRAGEOUSLY unfair! WE WANT THE TRUTH!

Dr. Malachi Zodoq York-El (who is clearly seen shaken and possibly tortured before entering the court room in this video) is bought before the Federal Court where he was tricked into false testimony seeking an early release in a deceitful and treacherous plea bargain deal which was later unfairly reneged. Quite possibly an illegal action by the Judge and by default should require a retrial or the invalidation the entire case! Why would this man admit to crimes he hadn't committed unless he thought we would be freed? There is no way humanly possible that this man could have committed all of these crimes yielded against him. It is just not psychically possible! Finally who gave this person permission to film and release this hearing? This case is the ultimate mockery of justice!

Habiba Washington who admits in this video her apparent fear of the FBI, and the possibility of a threat that her child (Dr. York's son) would be taken from her if she did not testify against Dr. York, recanted her initial bias testimony against Dr. York in this film, but later testified against Dr. York for a 2nd time during the appeal hearings which should completely invalidate ALL of her testimony! Why was this video evidence ignored by the Federal Government? Surely, this is proof of the sheer mockery and injustice of this trial! This video is more than enough reason to demand a fair retrial!! Or at least should serve as reason enough for a retrial or mistrial.
